Inner Peace
Inner peace is finding tranquility inside our heart and mind. It is a path to a happier and better life. We constantly fight internally, building fire that can burst negative emotions out of control. These emotions which guide us down destructive paths easily manipulate us into doing things that we regret. Since habits are part of human nature and hard to break. Therefore it takes time and discipline to find a new and positive perspective.
Inner peace can be found though many avenues of life. Many find it through everything from religion, exercise to meditation. There is no real correct path, except for the right path for each individual. Some might get it quickly, and most of us need much training and time. Either way, internal peace and being content is the goal, and it is achievable, if one were to believe in his or herself.
Attaining it through Wu Gong is at first not a primary goal, but it is nonetheless a level of attainment that all advanced practitioners strife for. Inner peace is a skill that brings a good martial artist to a great martial artist.
